Values or Practicality- The inner war

So Finally after much hesitation i am writing my first blog!! The reason why i was hesitant before , a strange one. i have observed all these years that most people find it hard to understand my route to approach a topic . Its slightly unconventional if i take today's way of thinking as my frame of reference. and i admit that i am not correct always( if that was the case than i would be god!!!). I would like to share a few incidents with you. To start with I belive in honesty in everything. Isnt this impractical in today's scenario. How many people you have seen in your life uptill now who would not cheat in their exams fully knowing the consequences of getting failed or securing poor rank or losing in a critical job's written exam.or to take another dimension , how many people you find who admit their mistake in front of their boss which can leave a bad impression on the boss. these are just few scenarios i am mentioning here. I admit one thing its not easy following this route. I may have missed some opportunities initially. However whenever i see myself in the mirror i feel a sense of peace within me and a satisfaction that gives me encouragement to move further with more determination. I see to scenarios to prove yourself not to any one but to yourself. One is are you try to achieve your goal on your own without playing unfair game . Or you take any possible mean to achieve it( without listening to your inner conscious and justify yourself by believing that everything goes cos every one else does it too. so why don't i take this path too)

Truth is most take the second route . so whats your take on this. Do you favor the first approach and face a difficult route which will test your character at every juncture or you prefer the seemingly easier second approach even though you know that what you are doing is not right.
